You can fly to either Shenzhen (SZX) or Hong Kong (HKG) airport.

If you arrive in Shenzhen airport, just take a taxi to your hotel.

There are several ways of getting to Shenzhen from Hong Kong airport. Several ground transportation options are available 24 hours a day. The simplest way is to pass the Hong Kong immigration, collect your luggage, and then follow the sign to Mainland/Macao transportation. Get there to the desk, where several companies sell tickets for shuttle buses to the Hong Kong/Mainland border. If you arrive at the desk before 21:30, buy a ticket to Shenzhen Bay, if you arrive later, buy a ticket to Huanggang port. Ticket price is 150 HKD and it can be paid by any credit card.

Upon arrival at the Hong Kong/Mainland border (about 30 minutes ride), you will pass the Hong Kong immigration while staying inside the shuttle bus. You then leave the bus, get your luggage, and go though the Chinese immigration to get to Shenzhen. After passing the Chinese immigration, take a taxi to the hotel.
Note: Please, make sure that you get about 100 RMB cash as taxi drivers in Shenzhen may not know how to charge your credit cards. A taxi driver is supposed to have some change, but he might not have it as people in China almost do not use cash or credit cards for making payments in China.

Also, please make sure to use official taxis only and ignore all of the people who may offer you a ride for a very high price even if these people promise to take you to the hotel by an official taxi and use the meter. Taxi stands are easy to find and even if the line there looks long, it will move very fast.
